In the book, Jeff is not only talking out the concepts, inspirations, illustrating the discussions. He has even mentioned the ways to adopt a positive attitude, which is sure short the best part I find in self-help books. Until a book reveals how to achieve the theory, it’s doesn’t justify our time, an effort we invest in it. Fortunately, you would find many methods to work out a positive attitude in different situations with various means.
