ANSWER THIS #24 QUESTION

#24 question
What do you do when you feel joyous out of anything?

Know! The times you need to share happiness.

” Happiness is contagious. When happiness goes around, happiness comes around.”

– Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO EXPRESS YOUR EMOTIONS

The times when you find it difficult to express yourself when you literally want to express but you sense that something quite powerful than your will to express is holding you back. And, the thing which feels stuck is an EMOTION, the strange heavy feeling in the chest, and sometimes chooks your throat.

The emotion, holding you back is the fear of not being understood, when you feel like your expression of your feelings either a stressful one or happiness would not make much difference in the situation, ultimately. And, when you feel that no matter what you say the other person would not get you would never express what you feel. Stop asking the wrong person to get it because it’s high time for you to look for someone who firstly values your words and then your feelings.

Aristotle spoke of the pleasures inherent in the cathartic release of tension. While you may understand logically that healthy emotional expression is important, just exactly how to go about it isn’t always straightforward. https://positivepsychology.com/express-emotions/

Part 1: QUESTION – It would determine the path of knowing you as an individual.

3 ways TO BE SOMEONE, WHO APPRECIATES YOU.

Are you worried thinking:
How to move from lack to abundance? How to apply your abundance?
The answer is the feel, emotion, and thought process of APPRECIATION

I teach people to love themselves by knowing and accepting themselves.
I don’t agree with the thought that we are responsible for everything that happens to us and their subsequent consequences through the weird feeling and absolutely unjustified thought process we go through.
But, I truly believe that we could control and work out our disturbing feelings. We do create our life experiences through our thinking and feeling patterns, the thoughts we think, and the words we speak are enormously powerful.

Very often these thoughts we have, the words we use, the decisions we make at a tender age are greater enough to help us survive in what may be a very difficult situation for us, then.

Unfortunately, we often carry it forward as adults and we keep on operating out of our 3-year-old mentality or a 3-year-old decision and that often doesn’t work in our life

“The greatest thing you’ll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.”

– eden ahbez

Being with someone who appreciates you as much as you do them is one of the most beautiful feelings in the world. Having someone love you can help you to fully love yourself and will encourage you to lead your best and most confident life. Sadly, sometimes we end up with people who don’t cherish us as they should. It can be soul-destroying to be in this kind of relationship. https://thepowerofsilence.co/you-deserve-to-be-with-someone-who-appreciates-you/

GROUND CAUSE OF NOT APPRECIATING ONESELF

Unfortunately, we learn a lot of stuff like decision making, what to be bothered about, what to be sensitive about, how to react, what to reply what not to be worried about; from our parents.
And, they are literally not to be blamed for any of the insufficient beliefs we develop in ourselves through insufficient learnings because how can someone teach you something that they even don’t know how to do?
Unfortunately, if you find them not loving themselves, how could they have taught you to be so.

So, whatever you learn during your childhood, it’s neither in the control of those who taught you nor in your control because you were being unconscious of learning.

Accept, It is how it is!

PATHWAY TO LEAD YOURSELF TO A SELF-APPRECIATIVE ATTITUDE

It literally doesn’t matter how wrong your childhood decisions were, or whatsoever your childhood fear was which has grown within you like a trauma. All that matters is what you are going to do today to get yourself out of it.

The last option you are left with is – “loving yourself”.
Because, when you really love and appreciate yourself and acknowledge who you are in this point of time and space it would be like little miracles begin to flow for you. It would be like starting to get the green signals in life instead of red flags.

I’m not focussing upon ” vanity” or “arrogant” because that is not strength, that is fear, that is a way of dealing with your insecurities, and that should not be the agenda anyhow.

I’m focusing upon just appreciating the being you are.

3 WAYS TO APPRECIATE YOURSELF

1. STOP HOLDING YOURSELF BACK

The problem is…
It is our subconscious mind that where we are holding, which says, ‘nothing new could happen because:
– I live like this.
– I have been like this.
– I have grown up like this.

The change would come through…
What you need to do is, you need to let the new in; say:
– I’m open to new.
– I’m willing to welcome the change.
– I’m ready to grow.

2. POSITIVE SELF-TALK

Do mirror work!
When you get up in the morning, go to the mirror before you do anything or whenever you are at your most delightfully. And, say:
– I love you.
– What can I do for you, today?
– How can I make you feel happy?

You may not get an answer for a while because that part of you doesn’t trust you.
But, if you start practicing this often, on daily basis you could certainly feel a very good connection and it would come out to be a healing thing to do ultimately.

And, if you find it difficult to do. Realize and be truthful to yourself that you are feeling the discomfort to look into your eyes and say confidently to yourself that you don’t owe the responsibility to build happiness for yourself.
Then, ask yourself what did this nonsense behavior means and comes from?
Ultimately, start working on it.

3. REMEMBER THE BABY THOUGHT PROCESS

Remember little tiny babies, when they are born, they absolutely love themselves, as in:
– They are totally open.
– They are full of love.
– They express themselves freely.
– They ask for what they want.
All because they are not taught with guilt and shame. They just know how wonderful they are.

How our attitude gets wrong?

Being a child, somewhere along the line we get this idea that, ‘we are not good enough.’ As in:
We begin having self-doubt about whether we are acceptable or not?

In reality, it doesn’t make sense, literally.

What you need to remember about yourself is:
– You are a divine and magnificent expression of life within ourselves.
– When we look at another being around us, we are just seeing a unique individual and you are not meant to look alike.
– Our belief should not be to be like someone. What makes us unique is being accepted in our unique selves.

Remember! We are meant to be different and unique.

3 TIPS TO CONQUER A WEEK: PROCESS YOUR MIND

It is easier to turn failure into success than an excuse into a possibility. A person can fail and turn around and understand their failure, making it a success. But a person who makes excuses for everything will never truly succeed. When you excuse what you are doing and you allow the exceptions, you fail to reach your potential. It is impossible to turn excuses into possibilities.

It’s been a super exhausting week, in all the good way you can think about it. Lots of plans execution, tones of strategies, Lord of fun, immense learnings, and tremendous unlearning patterns.

Basically, I wanted to set the last weak of the first month as a benchmark for the coming weeks of the year.

The theme for the week was “law of attraction” through processing the mind, it’s the idea that our universe operates under that law that ‘like attracts like’ which means that with every thought you put out, you are going to attract them back in your life in return.

On the surface level, you can say, if you send out good vibes, you would receive good vibes; if you’ll be compassionate to others, people would be kind to you. And, on the flip side, if you hurt others, someone would certainly hurt you some way or the other.

We can’t always control our circumstances, but we can control our responses to them. In this vein, the law of attraction can provide the optimism and proactive attitude that’s associated with resilience in difficult situations, but it must not be used as a tool of self-blame.

3 Tips to conquer a week

1. MORNING PAGES

I am a huge believer in having at least one mindful practice in hand all the time that would help you to maintain growth, focus, and productivity.

It took me a long time striding to do this after trying a lot of different things. But, what I found is that my most productive practice is to sit down daily to practice writing practice, obviously other than my blogging, podcast scripting, and jotting life strategizing stuff which is called ” morning pages”.

Morning pages are a stream-of-consciousness journaling habit done first thing every morning daily. The idea is to wake up, open your morning journal, and write three pages of longhand of any thoughts that come out of your head.

The reason why I love morning pages is that they are incredibly imperfect. It’s about writing whatever occupies most of your attention in the morning and letting it out on the paper as it is. This practice is a bit more organized than brainstorming.

I’m presently practicing “The Daily Stoic Journal: 366 days of writing and reflection on the art of living ” by Ryan Holiday. In which I have to reflect on the same thought both, morning and evening. I have come across that I most of the time mold the question in the morning and answer it as inclined towards the thought wandering in my mind then, which doesn’t happen in the evening reflection.
That’s why morning pages are important, to put down your beliefs and best ideas on paper.

Suggestions for your productive week:
– Don’t write about writing. Write about ‘what you think?’.
– Don’t believe the myth that morning pages need to be perfect as your name.
– It must be the first thing in the morning.
– It’s okay not to write 3 pages, not like the rule popular by the author of “the artist way”.

2. ACTIVE SORTING

Organize information even without thinking about it. It’s not just the act of files in different folders, writing down a to-do list, or setting up a planner.

The way you create a hierarchy of thoughts, prioritize your actions, create little rituals around your daily routine are all symptoms of an organized mind.

Active sorting is the way you separate things you need to deal with things you font, without giving it much thought. Active sorting can be translated in the system you may be familiar with” Heisenhower Matrix”.

Heisenhower Matrix is the organizing system that breaks down tasks into:
➡Urgent and important
➡Important and not urgent
➡Urgent and not important
➡Not urgent and not important

You need to do this instantly when you come across any relevant information.

I learned to do it this week very efficiently and I must say it literally works.

Suggestions for your productive week:
– Make a list of all your work in hand.
– Categorize your list as per the Heisenhower Matrix rule.
– Believe in your sorting and approach the task with the mindset, as per your category.
– Strictly follow the category until you complete the task.

3. DISPOSE OF STAGNATING PLANS

How many of you snoozed the button when the alarm rings in the morning? And, how many of you snoozed more than once? The last question; is this what you want? No!

There is a gap which we all suffer from a gap between our plans and their execution. At times we plan to do and thing and end up doing the other.

Unfortunately, the lack of execution of our plan generates immense dissatisfaction within, disappointment for oneself, and sometimes feels pitty and envy even.
The breakthrough of meeting the plans we find difficult to execute is to become aware that we can not escape from them.

The catch, our awareness comes with is the acknowledgment of what matters to us;
▶which plan meets our needs?
▶which plans deserve our attention?
▶which plan is literally to fight for?
▶which plan is worth it?

Here, you would come across that some plan doesn’t even need to be pursued. And, that plan is the one which you should dispose of from your to-do list.

Suggestions for your productive week:
– “New me” should not bring in over-the-top expectations.
– Discard the goals, irrelevant to your authentic self.
– Removing wrong would direct you to the right path.
– Search for an alternative plan, which could meet your desired needs and your purpose as well.

Ultimately, you are responsible for the changes that you make in your life. The good news is, you can make the changes you need to make in your life. So, get going in the process and turn your thoughts into change.

ANSWER THIS #23 QUESTION

#23 question
What makes you doubt the other person’s credibility?

Know! What does “distrust” mean to you.

“When you begin double-checking someone’s each word spoken or each move made you are in a connection of distrust.”

– Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO TRUST

I agree that actions are more intentional than words. Still, words play a huge role in building one’s credibility. If you want someone to trust you, ‘ say what you mean, and mean what you say.’ You can’t think of disrespecting someone’s existence, ideology, or values.

Why you should know your credibility traits? Once you know what would it take someone to trust you, you would know what you seek in someone to build trust. Then it would no longer be difficult to trust once you know what to consider in someone before investing yourself.

Trust issues are characterized by fears of betrayal, abandonment, and manipulation. Many of us fall victim to betrayal, abandonment, and/or manipulation—whether it’s at the hand of our partners, our parents (or their significant others), or even our doctors—and become traumatized as a result. https://thriveworks.com/blog/trust-issues/

ANSWER THIS #22 QUESTION

#22 question
Which negative trait of others pushes you to do otherwise?

Know! You believe in doing good for a well-known cause, to you.

“Don’t dislike an awful person in your life, they end up making you feel promising about yourself.”

– Farheen Dhanjal

WHAT IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL

It is all about your realization. When you know that what you are getting is not as time, effort, or money but satisfaction, fulfillment, and contentment you would meditate on the thought at times when you feel most dissatisfied, discontented, and unfulfilled not when you seek wealth or alliance.

Why know, what does your soul crave? Because nothing would be there when you would lack a source of money, a faithful relationship, or career crises but a soul. You can never tackle an uncomfortable situation or a problem in your life until you know what are your capabilities enough to, what your beliefs are and which virtues you possess to handle it. And, to know all this about yourself you need to know, nurture, and pursue all that is good for your soul.

Everyone seems so motivated. Productive. Which is amazing! I’m motivated, too. Determined to take this year and OWN it. But, something that’s becoming glaringly obvious to me over the past few months is our culture’s tendency to glamorize the go-go-go (you guys I’m SO GUILTY of this), often at the expense of what’s just plain ‘ol good for the soul. Sometimes, I think that we forget that even though doing things is amazing, it’s also really good to just focus on simplicity. I’m often so caught up on what’s next, productive, and most urgent, that I forget about the simple things that my soul craves. https://isntthatcharming.com/15-things-that-are-good-for-the-soul/

ANSWER THIS #21 QUESTION

#21 question
Which thought do you want to accept but your existing thought process is not letting you accept?

Know! It’s time to accept the freedom to upgrade yourself.

“Before accepting the change you need to accept, believe that you are allowed to adopt the change.”

– Farheen Dhanjal

TRANSFORMING YOURSELF FOR BETTER

You are not going to change consciously until you want to for the better everything else lines up. Think about the situation you realized you want to bring change to yourself. Now! Be honest to yourself and think whether you are living the situation from the state of mind of ego, self-doubt, or envy.

If you are honest enough to know what is your intent you would know what is something that you want to change. When we talk about change the action plan must concentrate upon the ultimate cause whose effect you no longer feel serving you anymore and what you want to bring change with.

Humans are not meant to stop growing. In fact, no living thing on earth is meant to stop growing. We are all alive, reaching for the sun. Seeking an achievement usually implies an “end.” You win the trophy and then you’re “done.” That’s not what you want to aim for–because as soon as you say you’re “done,” you are no longer reaching and stretching yourself, which means you stop growing. https://www.inc.com/nicolas-cole/7-steps-to-transform-yourself-from-who-you-are-to-who-you-want-to-be.html

Top 3 Ways To CALM Your MIND; Mindful Practices

Whenever you are in a chaotic phase of life or acknowledge a stressful situation it’s super easy to get your mind cluttered and run a mile a minute.
This can exhibit stress, distract you from the present, and could negatively affect your performance at work and home. For this reason, it is important to calm your mind when cluttered and racing. And, mindfulness is one of the best reasons to deal with it.

CALM IS THE KEY

If you want to get the most out of yourself in terms of your productivity, creativity, and innovation—making progress at work or just solving the basic problems of life that you’re faced with—calm is the key. When you’re calm, you also manage your energy because you’re not burning yourself up constantly, spending your days with your sympathetic nervous system in overdrive. Calm helps you focus on what you need to do and get it done much more quickly.https://greatergood.berkeley.edu/article/item/four_ways_to_calm_your_mind_in_stressful_times

3 ways how mindfulness works in stressful or chaotic times.

1. INHALE positivity, EXHALE negativity

You have most probably heard the head of this idea before. This practice is beneficial because it draws your attention to both your breath and feelings, moreover, it calms your mind and helps you cope with the situation in a better way.

To perform this practice start from breathing normally and closing your eyes and your breath would naturally get slowdown. Whenever you are ready imagine that you are inhaling positivity and calmness and exhaling the stress from your body.

Some people find it working vocally and forcefully.

To brain dump, simply grab a sheet of paper, write down everything in your mind through the points not in sentences since it would allow your thoughts to come out more quickly. Some People like to put on time as the timer could regulate them to think faster. When you have written down every thought, throw the paper away and leave the thoughts in the trash can.

This way your mind would be decluttered by the unwanted thoughts and feelings. As a result, you will be able to move on from the situation.

3. BE OPTIMISTIC

Often a cluttered and stressed-out mind is caused by pessimistic thoughts about your visualization, performance, and life.
As humans, it is easy to assume the worst even when the positive outcomes are as just aa likely no more so than a negative one.

This causes you to be overwhelmed and stressed whenever you find yourself overwhelmed by pessimistic thoughts reassess your mindset.
Aren’t you being hard on yourself?

If so, simply adjust your thoughts to be optimistic. Then create affirmations that help you focus on the outcome of an optimistic mindset.

Focusing on positive thoughts helps you calm your mind amid stress and chaos.

FINAL THOUGHTS
It is crucial to have a calm mind to have a healthy and happy life. Whenever your mind feels overwhelmed practice mindfulness to calm it. Try inhaling positivity and exhaling stress, by brain dumping your thoughts and trying to be optimistic. Your mind would calm as you practice this mindfulness technique.

3 Benefits of Writing, MORE THAN JUST WRITTEN WORDS

Reading gives you thoughts, writing gives you visualization. Your vision is thinking of yourself pursuing what you wish to happen to you. You can think big, believe immensely, imagine awfully but what’s going to work in the end is your vision.

WRITING IS MUCH MORE THAN JUST WRITTEN WORDS

Writing by hand allows you to see the connections between abstract ideas and aids in the solution of complex problems. It encourages you to take your time and pay attention to your thoughts. Writing on a daily basis has been shown to aid in the communication of complex ideas. This has advantages in terms of emotional intelligence (the ability to articulate how you feel) as well as in what are called the hard sciences, like mathematics. https://unlu.io/blog/benefits-of-writing-2

3 Top Benefits of Writing

1. IMPROVISES VOCABULARY & PSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACH

Writing certainly lets you approach your higher self of emotions, wisely. But, what writing more serves you emotionally is that the one who writes, how does he feel to be in a moment?

Writing is more than words. It’s about using accurate words to express your feelings. More often you are annoyed by the way you feel out of a situation than the situation itself. And, the foremost reason of
experiencing the discomfort is the lack of vocabulary skills.

It’s both joyous and troublesome situations when we need proper words to justify our feelings. Every word has its essence, feel, kick to the situation, sets the pace to feel a circumstance, paves a path to find a breakthrough of your disturbing possibilities.

Coming across what is something that bothers you takes you halfway to the solution. And, expressing joyousness to its fullest makes us value the blessing you receive.

When next time you sit down to not down feel to write a gratitude journal, one line journal, or a blank planner-journal kinda thing doesn’t leave any of your emotions expressed.

To express yourself better through words; read more, listen to podcasts more often, and lastly search from the dictionary the synonyms of the basic word you know about the emotion you experience.

“One day I will find the right words, and they will be simple.”

-Jack Kerouac

2. MAKES YOU FEEL ALIVE, FEEL EXPRESSED

Writing gives you a steadiness with your feelings, emotions, beliefs, opinions, perception, perspective, and understanding. It’s believed that you are allowed to go wrong with words except while writing them because while writing you are assumed to be more conscious, aware, attentive, mindful, moreover willful to your words.

It’s the words, something that makes you different from other species in the world.
Everyone can feel, but it’s we who can even express ourselves in words, depict our content in terms, communicate in statements. So why aren’t we using it as a privilege to justify every word ever been discovered?

Words are being discovered in the first place for a better “express” experience. You can never feel much lighter on your emotions what words could do for you. Words could play wonders when affirmed properly and could be a crisis of sentiments if used erroneously.

“And by the way, everything in life is writable about if you have the outgoing guts to do it, and the imagination to improvise. The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.”

-Sylvia Plath

3. WRITING IS A THERAPY

Where we live a misconception that what our soul craves is to be seen and heard. Precisely, what our soul craves is being loved and appreciated. But, can someone send you affection, admiration, adoration without knowing you? No!

You can’t expect everyone to understand you. But, it’s up to you whether you want to express yourself well, whether you want the world to justify your presence, whether you elucidate your existence.

We all live by a story that is worthy enough to be told, being heard by someone looking for alike example. Can’t deny the fact that life becomes easier when we come across solutions, breakthroughs for our life hustles.

More writing is a therapy to you when you write your story to the world the more it becomes medicine for someone else who reads to search for a valid reason to live by.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”

-Maya Angelou
