Balance lives in the present.
When you realize the changes are happening, bring yourself back to the now.
You would be able to handle whatever shake-up the next moment brings when you get to it.
Till then, observe:
– At this moment, you’re still breathing.
– At this moment, you’ve survived.
– At this moment, you’re finding a way to step onto higher ground.
And, this is enough, presently.
3 TIPS TO CONQUER THE WEEK
I. Being present

Slowing down might be called an informal practice of awareness. Informal means like; what we can weave in our everyday life and it doesn’t take any extra time.
What do you have to do is? A slight slowdown in the things you are going through. And, what happens is that your body is connected to your brain, your nervous system is strongly connected to your brain, your spiral code, going down towards your legs.
If you slow down your nerves would put that up to send the signal to the brain, that hey, we are slowing down, we don’t need to stimulate.
Therefrom, you would begin to focus on the small details which were getting overworked in the normal course of the day.
Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our power to choose our response. And, our response lies in our growth and our freedom.
Most of us know what’s needed for a more balanced and grounded intention. But, it becomes difficult to put it into action because most of us don’t know why we want all such things.
The reason behind having balance, intention, the grounded approach is that you don’t want to rush anymore, you want to give a pause, you want to grow gradually.
You’re pause, need to have a reason to direct your mind to practice something in a certain way.
II. Surrender to the process

ISSUE: YOU SEE THE WORLD THAT YOU HAVE MADE, BUT DO NOT SEE YOURSELF AS THE IMAGE-MAKER
The most mindful response to our life is to take the responsibility for all the consequences and repercussions of the decisions, to make our life worth living.
But the excess of trying to exercise control on our life at times leads to make ourselves believe that:
– We assume ourselves as the generator of our troubles than acknowledging ourselves as the generator of our blessings.
– We ignore our accomplishments and highlight our downfalls.
– We consider ourselves less by self-doubting our proficiency.
FACT: SURRENDER YOUR WILL TO THE POWER OF BLESSINGS, AND RECEIVE MIRACLES
Despite our any amount of disbelief we can not deny the supernatural power, which entrusts us with some meaningful task in this bizarre world.
You just need to surrender your will to the power of blessings.
TO SURRENDER YOUR WILL TO THE POWER OF BLESSINGS
Shift your focus from the discontented notions and look for an optimistic approach:
– Where you feel DOUBT, look for FAITH.
– Where you feel DESPAIR, look for HOPE.
– Where you feel SHADOWS, look for LIGHT.
– Where you feel SADNESS, look for JOY.
– Where you feel DISCORD, look for HARMONY.
All we need to do is tune in the energy of blessings so that we can get into the flow with supportive, loving energy.
Once, we’ll be in alignment with this energy, life becomes a happy dream.
BREAKTHROUGH: KNOW THAT YOU POSSESS THE GENUINE CAPACITY TO TUNE IN TO THE LOVING VIBRATION OF THE UNIVERSE
Remember, that you possess the power to connect to a loving force of energy far beyond your:
– Logical mind, and
– Physical site
III. Journey within

For us to connect with our higher self, we need to fully grow ourselves in the present moment, touch ourselves from thought, anxiety, and worries, and fully embrace the world around us.
By doing this we could strengthen the connection between this reality and the next. And, this is how the inner communication takes place, the intuitions take place, our insight towards ourselves comes into light.
6 Aspects of how mindfulness could be helpful.
(Inspired by book: The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down by HAEMIN SUNIM)
I. REST…Why Are you So Busy?
When everything around me is moving so fast, I stop and ask, “Is it the world that’s busy, or is it my mind?”
II. MINDFULNESS…Befriend Your Emotions.
Most people are completely absorbed in their emotions and have limited self-awareness. This is probably why people use such expressions as “managing anger” or “overcoming hatred” instead of “befriending your emotion.
III. PASSION…Temper Your Eagerness.
Only when we know how to control the overflowing passion can we work harmoniously and effectively with others. Only then can we effectively share our enthusiasm with those around us.
IV. RELATIONSHIPS…The Art of Maintaining a Good Relationship.
If happiness is what we hope to achieve in our lives, shouldn’t we put more effort into cultivating good relationships with the people around us?
V. THE FUTURE…One Word of Encouragement Can Change the Future.
Some say don’t know what they are looking for in life. This might be because instead of getting in touch with how they feel, they have led their lives according to other people’s expectations.
VI. SPIRITUALITY…We shall approach it with humility.
Faith is overvalued while practice is undervalued. If you wish for peace among different spiritual paths, then practice what you preach.
EMBRACE PEACE!
The secret of not feeling overwhelmed by the changes is alignment: when you know that:
‘you’re on course and doing exactly what you’re supposed to be doing, fulfilling your soul’s intention, your heart’s desire.’
Remember!
When your life is on course with its purpose, you are at your most powerful. And, though you may stumble, you will not fall.
