ANSWER THIS #44 QUESTION

#44 question
What kind of words heal you -kind or realistic?

Know! Kindness and truth should not be substitutes.

” Truth told with kindness possess the most healing power among all the words.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO SPEAK TRUTH WITH KINDNESS

Undoubtedly, speaking our truth is not easy but it must be spoken in the best possible manner. To speak your truth, you need to know how you feel. You may know that you are upset, anxious, and hurt but to get to our the right words to it to justify the fair expression of your feelings.

Everyone gets tripped on righteously putting their truth. You will edit yourself eventually if you spend more time worrying about how would they react to what you are saying. The goal is to make an effort to clearly and simply say what you need to say in the most non-reactive and concise manner. Explain to them, what you feel, why you feel so, and tell them what you would have rather preferred.

Speaking truth to power can be an effective way of creating positive change. But it can also backfire and generate more hurt feelings and misunderstanding. It’s not possible to change another person. It’s not your life, but theirs, and their choices aren’t always easy to understand. I find that often, letting your actions speak for you is a kinder way to approach situations like this.https://kindovermatter.com/2018/02/speaking-truth-kindness.html

ANSWER THIS #43 QUESTION

#43 question
When does your mind come in harmony with people who matter to you?

Know! Which aspect sets the rhythm of understanding with people, feels like home.

” When minds connect; harmony blooms.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO UNDERSTAND PEOPLE

The foremost thing everybody needs to know about themselves is what are you enthusiastic about. What draws your passion? Not only about yourself, you just need to understand that what is that something which makes every person you know enthusiastic in life. If you don’t know the answer to their enthusiasm you don’t know the person.

Alongside enthusiasm, you must also need to know people’s expectations. What are they expecting to happen; in their career, relationship, with their health? Because how people set their expectations is how they activate their potential. This means, if your expectations are low you may not vibrate high. When they don’t expect to happen much, they don’t contribute adequately to the association with you.

Some of the world’s most ancient texts speak about tolerating and even loving the strangers – people who are different from you – who dwell among you: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself” [Leviticus 19:18]. The Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” comes from this passage. Buddhists believe that people can live in peace and harmony if they abandon negativity and cultivate positive emotions like love and compassion. https://www.goodnet.org/articles/5-steps-for-living-in-harmony

What are your criteria to build belief in something?

Know! Your examination and analysis guide.

” Believe in what you are being guided to not what you are being told to.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO TRUST IN YOUR SPIRITUAL GUIDE

How do you know that a sign is a sign? How would you know that a dream is guidance, not just a dream? How would you know what your signs are telling you to do? At times you must have felt that your signs are telling you to take action, which is risky and you want to be sure that the sign is genuine. If you ever feel so do know about Clair sense.

Clairs is a language that was developed to put words through intuitive processes. It’s not about your senses. It’s about the way we receive information from the external world. The clair senses is a way of categorizing that and making it make sense. Basically, the way we can receive information is by seeing it, by just knowing it, by feeling it.

The good news is that we cannot disconnect from love and guidance. We only think we can. The most direct route back to the presence of loving guidance is through prayer. The moment we surrender to the presence of guidance within us, we are catapulted back into remembrance. We remember love. To truly connect to your divine wisdom you must be willing to rely on a power greater than you.https://gabbybernstein.com/connect-intuition-trust-guided/

ANSWER THIS #41 QUESTION

#41 question
Which happy moments do serve you with utmost fulfillment?

Know! When does happiness attract worth to your life?

“Happiness is an inside job which lies in fulfillment, not in a laugh.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

YOU NEED FULFILLMENT NOT HAPPINESS

Things don’t bring you happiness. Still, who would not live to have foreign trips, lavish cars, posh lifestyle. But the problem is these things won’t give you “happiness”. There are two reasons for it; firstly, we think we are in search of happiness, and secondly, we think the things we desire would bring us that happiness. Therefore when we think that I will be finally happy when I do buy that car, I do get that job, I do get that relationship. Things won’t bring you happiness.

In fact, you are not searching for happiness. What every person is truly searching for its fulfillment. And, happiness is just a by-product of fulfillment. Happiness is a momentary feeling. You are actually looking for fulfillment in who you are in what you do? Fortunately, if you are happy where you are, the relationship you are in, the career you pursue that means you are fulfilled.

If we can attempt to improve ourselves even 1% each day, at the end of a year we will be 37x better than when we started. Improvement requires regular learning, feedback and reflection. But don’t forget to take action as well.https://www.forbes.com/sites/brentgleeson/2016/10/12/16-ways-to-live-a-happier-more-fulfilling-life/?sh=16582a7b2a87

4 Effective Time Management skills you got to have

You may have often heard everyone saying, time management is the skill you got to have. But, how?

WHAT IS TIME MANAGEMENT?

According to the Oxford dictionary; “time management is the ability to use one’s time effectively or productively, especially at work time management is the key to efficient working.”

It’s like packing a suitcase if you put stuff in an organized way you would be able to fit in more of such stuff instead of throwing things randomly.

It’s absolutely the same with time if you organize your tasks and events just correctly doing nothing it would seem like you have more time.

Basically, time management is optimizing and taking advantage of your most finite resource, time.

Achieving work-life balance is possible with effective time management. Learning time management tips will not only help you manage your time better but also boost personal productivity. Effective time management allows us to make the most of our day, accomplishing tasks more quickly and prioritizing those that will make the most impact. https://www.usa.edu/blog/time-management-techniques/

4 Basic skills for Time Management

I. Deduct – Do I need to do this?
II. Prioritize – what is most important?
III. Plan – when should I do this?
IV. Execute – how do I get it done?

I. DEDUCT

Before even prioritizing your tasks, you need to make space for things that matter and then go for prioritizing. Because to do what is most important to you, you need to avoid wasting your time on what’s not important.

– DON’T FALL FOR PERFECTIONISM
There is nothing like perfectionism. More often, the more you go for perfection you would find yourself going nowhere. Discard the idea of “all or nothing”.
– CONSTANT GROWTH ISN’T REALISTIC
Welcome to the modern life hustle in which we constantly trying to add the next best thing in our resume or going for exponential growth. But, we often overlook the time and effort it consumes and occupies you and keep you from doing things that are currently working for you.

Don’t get me wrong it’s nothing wrong with wanting to improve yourself. But, you don’t have to be improving yourself at a huge unsustainable rate. Make sure you are gentle with yourself as you grow.

II. PRIORITIZE

Your next priority should be prioritizing.

Eisenhower Matrix is of the organizing system that breaks down tasks into:
➡Urgent and important
➡Important and not urgent
➡Urgent and not important
➡Not urgent and not important

This technique is a perfect guide for letting you know know what matters more to you. The more you follow the concept of “first things first” you would find yourself practicing the right thing at the right time.

TIPS FOR PRIORITIZING YOUR TASKS

– Make a list of all your work in hand.
– Categorize your list as per the Eisenhower Matrix rule.
– Believe in your sorting and approach the task with the mindset, as per your category.
– Strictly follow the category until you complete the task.

III. PLAN

Every step of time management is important. But planning is an enormous task to deal with. Planning is the biggest challenge that would be tackled in the most possible ways. That’s why I have a special dedicated blog series on weekly and monthly plans with #planwithfarheen

TIPS FOR PERFECT PLANNING
(If I had to give a bottom line to all the planning techniques that work)

SCHEDULE YOUR TASKS
– Firstly, make a to-do list of everything you want to do, and make sure you use the checklist to keep track of the status of your tasks mentioned in the to-do list.
– Secondly, estimate how long each task is going to take, it doesn’t need to be accurate but yes it must give a rough estimate of the threshold limit.
– Thirdly, schedule your tasks as if they are in an appointment with a start and end time one after the other.

Scheduling your tasks would certainly make you less anxious with the amount of stuff you must be doing and would make keep a check on your small achievement and ultimately make you feel fulfilled at the end of the day.

TIPS TO MAKE SCHEDULING WORK SMOOTHLY

i). Batch small tasks together
When I had to write a self-development blog I often club it with my reading time. It helps me:
– collect new thoughts
– do critic reading by constructing philosophies into what I actually believe
– improve my vocabulary
– take perfect notes

ii). Tools you can use for scheduling
You may choose:
– daily, weekly, or monthly planners
– bullet journals
– Google calendars

iii). Be careful about analysis paralysis
Some of us especially the one perfectionist kinda people like me unfortunately tend to spend all of our time planning things and trying to optimize our schedule perfectly instead of doing something.
Planning for 80% of the time and then things going for its execution in the left 20% is far superior to waiting to reach the 100% full proof planning strategy and never getting anything done. Because you have spent all of your time in planning only then investing some of it in the action plan.

IV. EXECUTION

Of course, I can not tell you absolutely how you must be practicing your tasks because every person of different, your tasks are different, and the characteristic of your tasks are even different.

But, here are some tips to execute your tasks without compromising quality:

I. How to avoid procrastination

To beat procrastination I begin the task way before the actual time to execute it. This way I break the task into many chunks and help myself motivated to make the next bit because I never already invested some time earlier doing it.

You can also term it as a “2-minute rule”

The foremost reason why you procrastinate is your brain anticipates the pain of doing work. So, it wants to delay the potential pain as long as possible.
So, what you do with the 2-minute rule is you are going to commit to yourself that you are going to perform your task for only 2 minutes with full dedication. This significantly reduces the amount of pain in your brain to get starting with something as it would take less activation energy to get started.

And, we all know getting started is the hardest part. Once you train yourself to manage it for the first 2 minutes chances are of you getting into a flow and wanting to keep going until you finish your task at hand.

II. Create an efficient system

Efficiency comes with practice. When your know you have to practice a task again and again start looking for:
– The most focused time to practice it.
– The less exhausting way to execute it.
– The most interesting way to strategize it.
– The least time-consuming way to get the best research done.

III. Take Break

Taking a pause is important because even if you might kinda feel like you are wasting time it doesn’t improvise your efficiency.
Basically, pushing yourself through is not helpful because when your brain is tired it becomes less efficient as well as less effective.

So, taking a break can make you more productive during the time you are working which makes up for the amount of time you wasted without taking a break.

These were all the steps how could you manage your time efficiently. You are absolutely not bound to these steps. Do what works for you. But, I assure you if you practice time management in this sequence you would have much more time, less fatigue, less dissatisfaction, and a whole lot of fulfillment.

ANSWER THIS #40 QUESTION

#40 question
What do you do to stay conscious to be the wise?

Know! The way you could overcome your pattern to ignore.

“Meditate on the possibility instead of the impossibility.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF TO BELIEVE IN THE POSSIBILITY

Your brain is just like a muscle, you build it more you work upon it. In the same manner if you believe in something you literally embody it. Just think if you lose all of your memory today and when you wake up you are told that you are the number one player on your team or a leader of a high-profile community. You would believe in it and once you believe in that thought you are going to react accordingly, to what you believe; no self-doubt, no fear, no second thoughts.

Being successful in life is all about having a proper belief system in who you are, truly believing in you are something unique and special in your field. If you truly believe in yourself; your self-talk would improvise, your presentation of yourself in the world out there would be upgraded, your elevated perception about yourself would eventually elevate others’ perceptions about you, your presence, you need in this world.

Many people are unclear about what believing in yourself really mean. Learning how to believe in yourself entails building up confidence in your abilities as well as falling in love with yourself – the parts of your personality, perspective and experience that make you uniquely you. This is where personal power is built: in claiming agency to overcome challenges in your life. https://www.flowithme.com/post/believe-in-yourself-believe-in-possibilities#:~:text=Learning%20how%20to%20believe%20in,driver%20of%20your%20own%20success.

HOW TO MANIFEST MORE OF WHAT YOU WANT

Thanksgiving is always important to reflect on all of the blessings you have. Gratitude is something that we should be able to express on any occasion—no matter how big or small. As we course through the journey of life, various rocks are thrown at us. Believe that there is always something to be grateful for.

HOW TO MANIFEST MORE: 101; THINGS TO BE THANKFUL; – MIND ( Consciousness) GRATITUDE – ENVIRONMENT GRATITUDE – FRIENDS & FAMILY GRATITUDE – HARDSHIPS GRATITUDE – INTUITIONS GRATITUDE – REACTIONS GRATITUDE – FINANCIAL GRATITUDE – HEALTH GRATITUDE – PERSONAL GRATITUDE https://literallyyou.art.blog/2022/02/19/how-to-manifest-more-101-things-to-be-thankful-%ef%bf%bc%ef%bf%bc/

Essentially, manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief, i.e. if you think it, and it will come. However, there is more to manifestation than willpower and positive thinking. As Angelina Lombardo, the author of A Spiritual Entrepreneursays, “manifesting is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality… via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.” https://www.oprahdaily.com/life/a30244004/how-to-manifest-anything/

3 TIPS TO CONQUER A WEEK: NOTHING IS PERFECT

Like no one could define “truth”, no one could even not define a “perfection”. You are a package of flaws that must be a work in progress for the life you call is perfect for you.

Let no one define a perfect life for you, a successful living for you. The time you dedicate to being perfect you are going nowhere in life. So, better embrace your flaws.

To conquer a period of your this week, learn these three tips to accept that there is nothing like perfection. And, accept your flaws without being ashamed of them.

Perfection exists because of flaws

Life is not perfect. It never has been and it never will be. But this can be good news. It means we can stop pursuing the mystical, perfect life. It means we can stop chasing perfect skin, the perfect job, the perfect house, or the perfect spouse. It means we can find the freedom to live within our imperfections. https://www.becomingminimalist.com/imperfect/

TIPS TO CONQUER A WEEK

I. Become a witness to your personal growth

What happens all the time when you rush with your life? You pass by really important precise lessons without even being a little bothered.

Keep moving forward with the thought of not stagnating is what I promote. But, at times we forget the threshold of exercising something. The outcome of which comes out to be, either we lack in practicing something to its accurately required limit or we overdo it.

At times when you are at a good, satisfactory, and happy with the pace of your life progress you often forget to check out the ground-level things that made you catch that pace. As in, when you get consistent with productive habits you eventually grow and get into projects and lifestyle which starts paying you off.

Unfortunately, you get so busy with your successful lifestyle that you forget your productive lifestyle. This is the reason which makes you feel unfulfilled despite having an abundant life.

Suggestions for witnessing your circumstances:
– Never dispose of your old to-do lists, planners, and strategies.
– Time and again go back to your old mindset and find what worked for you earlier.
– Take a small intentional pause in the continuity of practicing a productive habit. So, you don’t get bored of it and discard it forever.
– Read your old journals to reflect upon the pathway of growth you have lived.
– Spend some time with your old manifestations to remember how much something that you received was important to you.

II. Take a leap of belief in yourself

It’s been said it’s all in your head, in your mind. And, it’s the reality as well but only when you believe in it. How many things do you know are true and you believe in it as well? Not all, right!

To live the truth you have to build belief in it where you leave no loophole to contradict and doubt your belief. It’s the same case with your trust in yourself on your progress when the results are not so expressive, demonstrate, or in numbers may be.

If your self-development has not taken shape of a better career, satisfying job, or lovely partner it doesn’t always mean you are where you were years ago. Your acknowledgment of your growth is very important else you would end up feeling dissatisfied with yourself literally always.

No one is coming to tell you your growth because no one knows how much you have worked upon yourself to leave a toxic relationship, build a business, or choose a new career.

Suggestions for taking a leap of belief in yourself:
– Begin with believing in going from absence to abundance mindset of life.
– Don’t value the reaction of people, who mean to demean you.
-Your worth would be exactly how much you believe you are valuable.
-Don’t envy people who have more. Accept them to be different and learn from their growth.
-Acknowledge, recognize, and accept your small achievements every day.

III. Make space for clarity

Confusion is a phase from which you often come into a thought process of bringing decisiveness into action. Life is not to be put off for others to take the step forward towards you, the career to work out for you, or the business to take a good pace.

You have to be honest with yourself about the status of everything in your life. Fear of making a choice mostly is a reason for you to overlook the complications that something brings to your life.

If your relationship is not working out for a long time accept to not exhaust yourself for no reason and move on. If your career is not making you feel lively start looking for something you love to pursue as a part-time business.

The more you would leave the things in confusion the more you would attract the turmoil of complications to your life. You always have a choice but it’s only beneficial if you choose it.

Suggestions to Make space for clarity:
– Reflect upon how much and in what way a situation is contributing to your life.
– Accept the growth as well as crises of relationships, career, or job.
– Say no to things that only bring mess, chaos, and dissatisfaction to your state of mind.
– Believe that what looks good from its packaging or on paper or in numbers is always good for you.
– Be clear while manifesting a particular thing, person, or situation.

Which healthy mindset regimen do you follow religiously?

” A disciplined mind is contemplated as a healthy means to control your mind.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO BE MORE DISCIPLINED

If you wonder why your action is not as good as your ambition here is the reason. Stop putting your focus on the goal. Yes! to make your goal work out you need to be focused upon your actions, not the destination. You have to show how much you are ambitious about your goals simply because action speaks louder than words.

What are the chances of you going to meet your goals? No one could reply to this question but your actions; your schedules, you’re prioritizing yourself, you safeguarding yourself from toxic energies, and your all sort of investments in yourself. What works more than working towards your goal is to act from a mindset of meeting a purpose. Once you find a pathway to meet fulfillment you become more honest with your goal and it’s consequent actions.

According to a 2013 study by Wilhelm Hoffman, people with high self control are happier than those without. The study discovered this is true because the self disciplined subjects were more capable of dealing with goal conflicts. The self disciplined did not allow their choices to be dictated by impulses or feelings. Instead, they made informed, rational decisions on a daily basis without feeling overly stressed or upset. https://www.forbes.com/sites/jennifercohen/2014/06/18/5-proven-methods-for-gaining-self-discipline/?sh=3701bfdb3c9f

How to Manifest more: 101; Things to be thankful

Gratitude is something that we should be able to express on any occasion—no matter how big or small.

As we course through the journey of life, various rocks are thrown at us. Believe that there is always something to be grateful for.

HOW TO MANIFEST FROM PAYING GRATITUDE

We are blessed to live in a world where we get more of what we focus on. When you are stuck focusing on things you don’t want, you will naturally make decisions based on insecurity and fear because your brain is tuned into the frequency of it. By focusing on gratitude, you put yourself into a state of already having everything you want and need, instead of feeling lack. When you feel whole, you broadcast this frequency, attracting more of it, and you also notice more things similar to what you’re grateful for. https://selfmadeladies.com/things-grateful/
