3 IDEAS; How to stop making excuses? NO MORE EXCUSES!

As said by Edward R. Murrow, “Difficulty is the excuse history never accepts.” We must keep up with the precedents and should not give a second thought to our action plan with excuses. Stop making excuses!

WHY DO YOUR EXCUSES SEEM REALISTIC?

Those things that feel safe, feel realistic, those things feel like I know that if I access the situation a little bit in advance then I’ll prepare myself for the bad. Stop making excuses!

Sorry about that but there is no preparation for the bad.

The only way to prepare is to get experience.
To get experience is to start.

And, so many people have so many opinions about:
– What wrong would happen?
– What worries you should have?

I Don’t understand;
Why is it important for you to prepare yourself for something unrealistic?
The best way to learn about the experience is to find someone who was in that situation. been
And, if you can’t do that then the best possible option you are left with is to:

DO YOU – TRY SOMETHING – GET EXPERIENCE, NO MORE EXCUSES!

What is seriously here is to gain experience without fabricating situations is your MIND PROCESSING?

WHAT IS FABRICATION?

Anything, that is keeping you from moving forward in your mind. Some fabrications are advantageous for you.
For instance; if you see any big idea:
▪ stay with the idea,
▪ think of any positive thing surrounding it,
▪ think about every possible thing about it.

It’s not a bad idea to waive risk but if the risk you consider is not to take the baby step in the right direction you would never know what is the right direction.

You have to start somewhere, You have to start now!

NO MORE EXCUSES!

People who make excuses may feel happy in the moment, because they’ve avoided a bit of pain. In the long-term however they will be less fulfilled and can feel anxious or depressed. So why do people make excuses? And how can you stop making excuses and start going after your dreams instead? Making excuses can almost always be traced back to one of three reasons: fear, uncertainty or lack of purpose. To stop making excuses, first determine which one applies to you. https://www.tonyrobbins.com/productivity-performance/how-to-stop-making-excuses/

HOW TO STOP MAKING EXCUSES!

With all this conversation about the start, there is naturally something to pop up in your mind, the thought which would be defined as ” excuses”.

1. If your excuse is…EVERYONE ELSE THINKS THAT YOUR IDEA IS NOT WORTH IT!

First things first, others’ opinion is 100% irrelevant in this process.
The saying goes like if Henry Ford asked people; what they wanted? It would have been a faster horse. How everybody would know that a car is a better option. As, Henry built a gasoline-powered horseless carriage, the Quadricycle.

So if your friends, family are telling you that your idea is not that good. That may be:
– They don’t get it, yet.
– You have not spelled out the vision for them.
– The idea is not for them.
– That is not their target.
– They are not the person that appreciates it.

2. If your excuse is…OTHER PEOPLE WOULD CONTINUE TO JUDGE THROUGH YOUR EARLIER FAILURES

It is so easy for someone, to point out your earlier failures. Remember! All they are doing is keeping you in a zone, which they are comfortable with. You also pursue this excuse because it feels so safe and comfortable to be beaten down and not change the status quo.
Reality check! It’s not safe, it’s the riskiest thing you could do.

So, what you and letting someone tell you that you failed in the past, has nothing to do with your indecisiveness to start now!

Don’t let your excuse tell you to make your past define; ‘who you are?’

3. If your excuse is…PEOPLE WHO MATTER TO YOU ARE NOT SUPPORTING YOU

There are people in your life you need to pay attention to, what their values are?
But it doesn’t mean that what you want to do with your life is any less valued.

Your decisiveness to move forward only means that you can take that step and you are never going to confirm the best that you could hope for yourself.

They would see the example you set! You just need to do without expecting everybody else around you to understand you in this process of getting going.

I would start tomorrow is a vague promise

Be conscious about the self-talk, talk you have with yourself to start upon and get going. NO MORE EXCUSES!
