Here are some tips on how I conquered my week for you to conquer all your upcoming weeks, months, and years.
TIP TO CONQUER THE WEEK
1. BEGIN YOUR DAY PLAN BY SETTING THE LAST NIGHT BED TIME FIRST
Your morning alarm is effective only if it is practical enough to justify your sleep schedule. Your sleep schedule certainly plays a significant role in your daily planning.
To begin a day well and carry it with as per your plans do begin your day scheduling from the very first point mention your bedtime for last night.
Suggestions for your productive week:
– Plan your day schedule a night before your day begins.
– Decide your bedtime for the night, you are scheduling for the next day.
– Take the good sleep time you need for a productive day ahead.
2. USE NUMBERED TO-DO LIST
A numbered to-do list would let you know that how much many jobs you need to accomplish within a day. It would make you do a more, particular, and specific job if you have a distinct point for each of your tasks.
The quantity does make a difference when you know how productively you closed off your day.
Suggestions for your productive week:
– Pick a numbered or number on a blank to-do list.
– Divide and put down your morning to evening tasks in front of each number.
– Check each task from your list on finishing it off.
3. JOT DOWN YOUR LEARNING FROM THE DAY THEN & THERE
Don’t wait for the night to come to write what you learned from the day. As more often we tend to forget what we acknowledged, felt, and learned the whole day long.
Writing the learning in the very moment would help you reflect on the learning most effectively as you would be able to transcript your feelings better when you get to realize them.
Suggestions for your productive week:
– Maintain a separate notepad for daily learnings.
– Mention the date each day.
– Write your learnings from the day then and there.
