ANSWER THIS #37 QUESTION

#37 question
What does your shortcoming look like to you?

Know! Your wise trait to accept your flaw.

” Your strength lies in acknowledging your shortcomings.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO ACCEPT YOUR IMPERFECTIONS

When we wait for perfection we go nowhere in life. Because there is no such thing as perfection. There is no perfect job, career, spouse, moreover life. Your life would become perfect, the day you start getting along with the imperfections of your life, the time you start accepting the situation as they are, the moment you begin to take action to change your beliefs than trying to change the situation.

You would have the best experience of your life once you would overcome this mindset of looking for perfection in everything. Perfection is an illustration of our mind which backs our fears to not let us move forward and keep us stagnating. It’s perfectly okay if you don’t find yourself to be that beautiful, clever, intelligent, or creative. Because your threshold limit is materialistic. What matters you to be perfect is in; your insightfulness, thoughtfulness, constructiveness being acceptant, being acknowledging, and being flexible. Remember, you are enough perfect until you stop working on things that literally matter to your growth as a person.

Many people will tell you that rejecting your present situation is the way to create positive change. You may notice that these people achieve virtually no positive change themselves. That’s because, paradoxical as it seems, the best way to improve your situation is to accept it. Unconditionally. Warts and all. https://www.oprah.com/spirit/how-to-accept-your-shortcomings-accepting-your-flaws/LINKHERE/2

FAILING NEVER DEFEATS YOU: 5 important facts of Failing

Like everything else, failure is also part of life. Over evaluating, anything overshadows something worthy. By holding onto your failure you unconsciously invest all of your time and effort in it. Failure is not unworthy, seriously. Failure is a conscious belief of a growth mindset that unconsciously holds you back whenever you lead the path of growth as a person. And, it doesn’t make the essence of failing unworthy because only when you accept your defeat, you can think about looking for better options, opportunities, improvement, leading you to success.

FAIL could even mean Flaw in Aligning the Insight of Lessons.

Why do you need to know the real meaning of “failure”?

There is no need to categorize everything as a success or a failure, but when it is appropriate there is no right or wrong way to define these states. It’s just that some definitions (or lack of) do more harm than good. https://www.forbes.com/sites/carleysime/2019/01/28/can-we-please-redefine-failure-and-success/?sh=19f6ad8d61be

5 aspects of Failing

1. FAILING is a feature of growth

We often misunderstand failure with incapability, lack of focus, lack of acknowledgment accuracy. But, failure is a feature of the path of growth. It may be experienced by everybody or I may say it is experienced by everyone but not everyone accepts it. And, the one with the knowledge of the importance of improvement and learning something new must have experienced it. Because the one who holds the courage to explore oneself despite all the struggles succeeds one day.

2. FAILING is not a shame

Failure does attract doubt on our abilities from the outer world. And, it is inevitable and so should go by you unaffected. Because however, whomsoever points a finger at you, looks down at you, makes you feel small they are never going to matter in the bigger picture of your life until you let the unworthy people let sow the seed of self-doubt in you. The irony is people do demean you even when you succeed but you get affected by it only when you are failing because of feeling ashamed of yourself. It’s you who perceive your failure as your embarrassment.

3. FAILING is a whence to breakthroughs

Feeling cornered in the situation of failure is normal. The sense of being lagged and left alone is even genuine. But, the reality is it’s all in your mind there is nothing like being cornered. Those who make you feel alone in the time of your setback are those who never supported you for your accomplishment, ever. How could someone who never realized your center of attraction could corner you? But, these feelings are not wasted because, in such down-and-out situations, reverse psychology works the best. Feeling lagged in the lows of your life pushes you to the breakthrough, rapidly.

4. FAILING doesn’t kick you out of the game

Failing is not the situation to give up on yourself moreover you should never give up on yourself. Rather, failure is an opportunity that would be and should be led as a leading stone to new opportunities and another alternative option. Life is a game. But, the failure doesn’t fall in your lap like anything. You fail when you act upon something. At least, you realize that you have failed in not meeting your target when you have worked upon something. Stagnation is a neutral mindset issue where whether you succeed or fail doesn’t matter. Failure comes hand in hand with an action plan mindset. And, as long as you are in action and not stagnating you could never be out of the game.

5. FAILING is a free tuition

It is what it is! Until you start perspective things how you wish to instead of how it is. You are at your best when you have got the knowledge to move forward, when you are courageous to upgrade yourself, and when you are prepared for the upcoming challenges. And, you are not at your best ( which you term as failure) when you lack preparation, repeat the wrong steps time and again, curse the situations, refuse to change, and are reluctant to learn the lesson.

Don’t let the self-sabotaging attitude of recognizing failure as your defeat affect all the aspects of your life. ACKNOWLEDGE- ACCEPT- THRIVE

#36 question
Which person is different from you still you don’t find anything wrong in them?

Know! What made you believe in unity is diversity.

“The most awful refusal would be on the ground of diversity in ideology.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO EMBRACE DIFFERENT IDEOLOGY

When you get to the insight of your capabilities to explore yourself you come across that you are several ways to explore the experience of awareness. Being unable to perceive the life from another person’s perspective means you have to do lots of work towards evolving your mindset moreover your life. Because it us absolutely necessary to live in harmony with growth mindset, which would come to you once to start accepting the diversity in the perspective and ideologies.

The more you would let people be who they are and respect their ideology, perspective, individuality you would live a much healthier life in which you would be less bothered about what other persons are not like you thought of. Because then you would come to a basic mindset that it’s fine to have a different perspective as the diversity in ideologues make other people different from you. Embrace others by regarding their mindset.

The anthropologist Ralph Linton stated that “the last thing a fish would notice would be the water.” We become so familiarized with our own worlds that we stop noticing their defining features. In restricting ourselves to one perspective, we fail to notice other views, and thus end up living in a monochrome world. Aside from being less exciting and enjoyable, a single perspective precludes myriad possibilities and prevents us from finding new ways of doing things. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/taking-different-approaches-to-a-problem/#app

5 Ways to DECLUTTER YOUR MIND, SOUL, AND LIFE

It’s time for you to DECLUTTER.

You need to declutter anything or anyone which no longer serves you well, value your existence, treat yourself as an option. Remember, you are not the same that you were from the past, that you were at the last year, or as a matter of fact ‘what you were at the beginning of this year.’

Look back and see you have gone through incredible transformations, where you are much wiser, you are much more intuitive, you have enhanced your talents, your skills, your capabilities, your abilities, your willingness, willpower, courage, and whatnot.

Now, when you have acquired life experiences and wisdom. You just need to acknowledge and believe that you have outgrown the people and situations holding you back to actually move forward in your life.

Declutter, what’s that?

DECLUTTER means getting rid of people who just don’t fit in your life, people who are not on the same page as you.
And, that person could be anyone, your friend, relative, ex, love interest. You just need to draw boundaries who abuse you psychologically, toxifies your surroundings, disturb your mental peace.

You just don’t need to reply and do need to protect yourself. Promote self-care against anyone who is causing you any type of harm like:
▪ Stressing you out
▪. Talking down on you
▪ Gossip about you
▪ Very clear about messing up with your source of backing.
▪ Try to down you
▪ stick their nose in your business
▪ Messy people
▪ Envious, jealous friends
▪ Time washers
▪ Energy exhausters
▪ Emotion drainers
▪ Invalid approaches
▪ Intruders
▪ Controller

The Science Behind Decluttering

You know whom I’m talking about. Right?
As you know, exactly who’s up to these traits in your life, in your surrounding. You can tell who they are and get rid of them! Declutter. “Existing in a cluttered environment taxes our brains because the cluttering objects compete for our attention,” according to Dr. Scott Bea, a clinical psychologist. https://www.mibluesperspectives.com/2021/09/08/the-science-behind-decluttering/#:~:text=The%20science%20of%20decluttering%20shows,Scott%20Bea%2C%20a%20clinical%20psychologist.

Clutter isn’t just messy and disorganized, it can be bad for your physical and mental health. The science of decluttering shows it can improve focus, reduce anxiety and help deter procrastination.

But how?
Follow this…

5 Ways to DECLUTTER YOUR MIND, SOUL, AND LIFE

I. BUILD HEALTHY BOUNDARIES

You don’t necessarily have to go in their face and tell them that, ‘your existence makes my life difficult, your unpleasant approach makes me feel uncomfortable, and your toxic behavior destroys my mental peace.’ No! you don’t need to be that expressive.

Get for that classy way to be happy with your side not know to the other party. Strict the excess they have to you.

Don’t enter the new year with the same old, toxic souls and energies in your life.

II. SELF-REFLECT

Know! It’s not about them only, you as well need to shed all the toxic habits, unhealthy approaches, unconscious ways of living.

No one is perfect. The thing is we all need to self-reflect to reach near-perfection of our versions.

It’s time to call upon yourself by self-reflecting and knowing what you need to do differently. Moreover, consciously.

If a person is kinda succeeding in making you feel small, mad, frustrated, disturb the hell out of you. You need to self-reflect where do you lack beyond setting boundaries? What is your contribution to your dissatisfaction with your constant willingness to set boundaries?

People would continue taking advantage of you until you put your foot down and come out with a different, new, and better approach, making them know; hey! I’m not comfortable messing with what you serve me.

III. BE A PRIVATE PERSON

If you are the kind of person whom people converse about your life, and make you feel intimidated? That means you are been a lot of publicizing your personal stuff.

Either, you are way more talkative about your personal life, or you are involved with someone, happy being publicized with their private stuff. You need to shut the source down from getting your stuff publicized.

No genuine person would be comfortable to let everything about them or their relationship failures, career hassles, emotional downfalls have known to the third party and at times the second party even.

Stop keeping big mouths or such people near to you. Acknowledge that you are always in your business with the wrong one.

IV. PREPARE FOR THE NEW

To prepare for the new year you need to be prepared for the new things and people. As your willingness to change is all set to attract something wonderful in the coming year.

To be prepared for the new, you need to prove yourself, that you are ready to deal with the new. You need to let the energies be sure about your calling upon them.

If you are still stuck in past, configure out what happens. Who did something wrong to you? Why do they do it to you?
If you are consciously or even unconsciously investing yourself in past it becomes evident to the universe that you are not yet ready to invite something new.

You can’t be stuck in the past and at the same time tell yourself that you need something new. You are contradicting yourself like this.

You need to release the old to make space to be occupied by the new. You need to show to yourself and the energies out there that you are ready for something new by putting an end to the old, to the things in your past.

Your preparation would reflect your confidence to deal with something you are assenting to have in your life.

V. SEE, FOR WHAT THEY ARE

Accept the truth and act accordingly. Stop waiting, acting stagnatingly. Many times we tend to give the benefit of doubt to many people. But people know what they are doing, how they make you feel, they know how they deal with you, how they disappoint you.

See people, for who they are. See-through their implied ways of expressing what you literally mean to them.

Stop manipulating yourself by interpreting what they do to you in something better sense. Again, you are falsely optimistic.

You literally need no longer wait for anything to work out, anyone to treat you right, any job opportunity to knock on your doorstep.
It’s time to assure yourself that something new is willing to treat you better, make you feel fulfilled, letting you know that you are meant for a new profession stream.

BE PREPARED. DECLUTTER!

ANSWER THIS #35 QUESTION

#35 question
Which are some of those thoughts, you call you believe in it?

Know! What is creating your reality?

“Improvise your upcoming reality by upgrading your thoughts in hand.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

YOU BECOME WHAT YOU BELIEVE

You need to understand the power of belief as soon as possible. The most important thing that someone could have is to live a happy life, or fulfilling married, or an incredible business is an actual belief that what it is what they truly believe is possible for them. Think about it, if you have a lack of belief then you would be going to have a lack of action due to the lack of self-belief, consequently, you would have a lack of results which you want your life to come up with.

Very few people in this world did believe 100% in themselves. It does happen that belief varies from time to time. There are times when successful people wake up and think about whether they can come up with the desired results or not? But, the difference is whenever they sense the self-doubt they fight through it anyhow. Why people are not completely blown away by the thought of how incredible your mind is? Where 33% of all medical issues are healed because people simply believe that they are healed and they cure their disease. To be successful you need to believe in yourself being deserving of fulfillment in all the facets of your life.

Beliefs originate from what we hear – and keep on hearing from others, ever since we were children (and even before that!). The sources of beliefs include environment, events, knowledge, past experiences, visualization etc. One of the biggest misconceptions people often harbor is that belief is a static, intellectual concept. Nothing can be farther from truth! Beliefs are a choice. We have the power to choose our beliefs. Our beliefs become our reality.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2802367/

How to plan a month: ONE BITE AT A TIME

That one thing that always holding you back is procrastination, which has nothing to do with your work ethic, character, efforts, purpose, and goal. Procrastination is a feeling aspect, it’s a fear of getting started with something and ending up putting it off for another time.

It’s life’s biggest irony that we procrastinate the emotions like stress & anxiety and then ends up feeling worst like regret and shame because we procrastinated.
How did procrastination help then? Noways!

How to deal with procrastination?
Here is the one thing that you can do to deal with your emotional monster, which has been sabotaging you by holding you back, and leading you on the wrong path.
However, keeping you busy but keeping you away from the hard work, the real work you need to do, to be there, to achieve something someday.

Take a deep breath and say: I am going to take one bite, that first bite.

Why start small when you can go big? One of the most controversial perceptions about achieving what we want in life is to think big and to live big. While there is nothing wrong with thinking big, when it comes taking action and making progress, starting small is the key. Most people have the idea of doing big and bold. They read books and they were told to do big things, to be bold, and to make take the leap of faith. You either go big, or you go home. Sounds familiar? https://stunningmotivation.com/why-start-small/

THE ELEPHANT TECHNIQUE

The elephant technique is a concept that is undertaken to plan very large tasks. As the name depicts the elephant tasks.

HOW DO YOU EAT AN ELEPHANT?

What tasks could be categorized as the Elephant Task?
– Huge tasks demanding patience, a long-time action plan, immense stages, and phases.
– When the goal is visible but not the path.
– When there is an immense number of hurdles to cross before you reach the finish line.

The straightforward answer is ‘one bite at a time.’

When you are attacking a big goal or something long term like :
▪ Writing a book
▪ Losing weight
▪ Learning a new language

How do you know it’s an elephant task?
You would certainly feel the pressure of the huge task you are up to, which is called to be like eating an elephant. And, you would even feel that it’s impossible to get to the end of the task somewhere in near future.

The secret of eating the elephant
▶ After taking a bite, applaud the action being least bothered about the outcome.
▶ After taking every bite celebrate your effort of making the move.

Why take one bite at a time?
After all, if you wait to celebrate the whole eating up of the elephant; just imagine the level of:
– Missing out on small achievements
– Disappointment with yourself
– Self-doubt towards oneself
– Thought of ‘something is wrong with you’

Why practice eating an elephant technique?
▪ Overcoming the feelings of being overwhelmed and disappointed is a challenge in itself.
▪ Focusing attention on the same activities that you do every day, successfully.
▪ More than accomplishing a goal taking action is the key to success.
▪ It is a way to support yourself and the people in your life to keep going no matter what shape, size, or circumstances of the elephant is in your life.

Bottom line:
One bite at a time to celebrate the activity not the outcome.

To complement the elephant technique here is one incredible time management strategy.

It’s all about the story you are telling yourself. Tell yourself, it’s nothing wrong with you. The catch is, this is not a story rather a reality, you need to believe in. If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people would eventually come to believe it.

#1 Time Management Strategy

POMODORO TECHNIQUE

Pomodoro is a technique of setting a timer for 25 minutes to coordinate your work routine, which is the same as your brain is in the most productive phase which helps reduce burnout and distractions.

What do you need to do?
– Choose a task you need to do by listing it in the planner, bullet journal, to-do list.
– Set an alarm of 25 minutes.
– During this period you need to be focused and able to remove any kind of distraction.
– Remember your goal is not to complete the task but try to get the most of the task in the time available, as fast as possible.
– Believe, that you are going to focus, manage and complete the task, efficiently.

How to practice the Pomodoro technique?
▪ Practice your task for 25 minutes with intense focus.
▪ Take a break of 5 minutes before you start another Pomodoro.
▪ Repeat until you complete Pomodoro for 4 times consecutively with a 5-minute break.
▪ Take a longer break say, 20- 30 minutes.

Benefits of practicing these techniques
▶ Get an insight of less is more with focus building.
▶ It shows you that you can get a lot done in 25 minutes without feeling the need to commit yourself to strategies that last for hours.
▶ Small-time commitments would help you procrastinate less.

Both of these ‘one bite at a time’, or ‘start small, start today ‘ techniques would lead you to a longer period of productive work.

The harder part of accomplishing any project is starting. It’s the first step that is the hardest. Breaking that stagnation you eventually cones into the mode of motion. And, when you are in motion, motion tends to continue.

Motivation and momentum follow the action.

ANSWER THIS #34 QUESTION

#34 question
How do you get that willingness to do what is needed to be done?

Know! What gets you to practice discipline.

“Until you are willing to do something, you can’t think of finishing and fulfilling it.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

CULTIVATE THE HABIT OF DISCIPLINE

This is something that you would hear from so many people including you that, ‘ I would love to be more disciplined.’ And, it more often along the line looks like this, ‘ I would be more disciplined once I have that desired project in hand.’, ‘ I would be more disciplined if I have a business of my own.’ And, because of that what I am clung by is not letting me be more disciplined with my life. What if you learn discipline in unpleasant circumstances? It’s nothing better than learning in difficult situations.

Discipline is not something that comes from doing what you want to do. Rather, discipline comes from something that you don’t want to do, still, you post yourself to do because you should be doing it. Discipline is a learned habit. To be disciplined you need to; firstly, know which practice would get you what you want to achieve; then keep practicing it with consistency, and lastly hold on to the idea of reminding yourself how much important it is for you to practice it.

Learning to effectively lead yourself and others all comes down to discipline. Happiness, success, and fulfillment stem from focus and self-control. It may be hard to believe when you’re facing an all-you-can-eat buffet, the prospect of making a quick buck, or the lazy lure of sleeping in versus getting on the Peloton, but studies show that people with self-discipline are happier. Why? Because with discipline and self-control we actually accomplish more of the goals we truly care about. Self-discipline is the bridge between goals defined and goals accomplished. https://www.forbes.com/sites/brentgleeson/2020/08/25/8-powerful-ways-to-cultivate-extreme-self-discipline/?sh=39fc64c182d6

3 ways to MASTER YOUR LIFE: MASTERING YOURSELF

You can master no one, no situation, no one’s approach, literally nothing. But, what you can master is yourself; your thought process, your approach, your mindset, your mentality. The one job you are being assigned is to master your life. So, stop understanding why something happens to you and begin to create a worthy reaction to every situation going to happen to you by PRACTICING; Control – MOVE – GIVE

How to Master Yourself

Most of our communication is unconscious.  Our conscious brains can only handle something like 40 bits of information a second, while our unconscious minds can handle 11 million bits of information per second.  We’ve evolved to push much of our behavior – including much of our communication – down to our unconscious minds because they can handle the chores so much more powerfully and rapidly. What if you could learn to become aware of the important parts of this unconscious mental activity?  What if you could control conversations, meetings, and all sorts of interactions among the people around you using conscious awareness of everyone’s unconscious minds, including your own? https://www.forbes.com/sites/nickmorgan/2013/02/28/how-to-master-yourself-your-unconscious-and-the-people-around-you-1/?sh=761595055077

“One can have no smaller or greater mastery than mastery of oneself.”

-Leonardo da Vinci

3 ways to MASTER YOUR LIFE

1. CONNECT

You are surrounded by many people, it’s a crowd present in your life. But, do you sense the existence of a lot of people in your life? Unfortunately, no.

Here is when presence and existence make a difference. Someone is present for you when they make their presence felt to you. But, someone exists for you when they make your present matter to you. You need more of such people who don’t male your presence extinguish to make them be seen in the world.

Connections are built when you get into basic talk, understanding gestures, respecting boundaries, straightforwardness, watching out for the actions, understanding behavioral change with someone.

2. MOVE

You often believe that you have left a lot of things, those where it serving you worth, productivity, serenity, mindset growth, in the past. Are you seriously unaffected by everything you left behind? You may, or may not!

Moving on is not leaving something or someone being. What does it mean is, to literally mean to move on is to release yourself from whatsoever made you come to a solution to move forward without them.

It’s difficult to decide to ditch something for your mental piece that once served you a worthy life. But, it is much more difficult to keep up with your decision. To successfully move on, keep a follow-up on your mind which wanders back to your past. When you would know how many times you unconsciously went the wrong way you would be able to consciously curb it.

3. GIVE

You must have heard of “giving” lessons in childhood more often than you get to hear now when you are literally in the capacity to give something to someone. What to give? What you got!

The very first question that pops into your mind when someone tells you to be a giver is; “why?”. Because it makes you know what great do you possess and in how much quantity. Not just because it makes you feel humble, generous, and kind.

The perfect reason to be a giver is that compassion is contagious. When you give what you got, you get what you give. Give something to someone that doesn’t make you feel empty on your part and could make the other person fulfilled even. Be effortless in giving; pass a smile, respect someone’s presence, don’t judge, and don’t question someone’s emotions.

"We should every night call ourselves to an account;
What infirmity have I mastered today?
What passions opposed? What temptation resisted? What virtue acquired? Our vices will abort of themselves if they be brought every day to the shrift." -Lucius Annaeus Seneca

ANSWER THIS #32 QUESTION

#32 question
When have you felt guilty about being angry at someone?

Know! The repercussions of the awful expression of your emotions.

“Your anger harms you more than it hurts, whom you are being angry upon.”

Is There Such a Thing as Healthy Anger?

Anger is a natural human emotion. But, it doesn’t have to be damaging or abusive.  In fact, anger used constructively can be critical to building the kind of world we want to live in. As, Dr. Maya Angelou said, “Use that anger. You write it. You paint it. You dance it. You march it. You vote for it. You do everything about it.”

3 Steps to channel ANGER into a FORCE for GOOD:
-FEEL IT (Take a really deep breath and see if you can feel that energy somewhere in your body. Just like you know how excitement can sometimes feel like butterflies in your belly.)
– QUESTION IT (Get curious and ask yourself; what exactly do you feel angry about?, What do you feel is wrong right now?, And, more importantly, why?)
– TRANSFORM IT (It’s about answering; What do you think should happen instead?, What positive action that you might want to take to help yourself?, Is there something that you might want to share with others?)

Anger in itself is not negative. “We are allowed to express anger because it is a natural emotion,” says Talkspace therapist Reshawna Chapple, PhD, LCSW. Rather, it’s how we respond to feelings of anger that make it healthy or unhealthy. Chapple says anger will become uncontrollable and toxic if we keep it bottled inside. https://www.talkspace.com/blog/healthy-anger-what-is-definition-guide/
