HOW TO RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF. 4 ways to be motivated

I see this misconception in people about someone whom they look up to as an inspiration and think that how could they be so motivated and consistently on top of the game? How?

The fact is no one stays always motivated. They just have learned to deal with it, have learned to recharge them with motivation.

Living without discovering how to connect with yourself is a game of stress and frustration. Because it’s not what we get or how we are perceived that makes us happy. It’s who we become – how we live our lives and who we are as a person. People can take away all of the “things,” but no one can take away who you are. Falling in love with yourself is vital to living a fulfilling life.https://www.tonyrobbins.com/mind-meaning/3-ways-reconnect/

I also use to think the same that how could someone stay motivated literally all day long.

So, I have come up with 4 ways to how could you reconnect with yourself to recharge yourself with motivation whenever you require.

4 WAYS TO RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF & FEEL MOTIVATED AGAIN

I. ADDRESS YOUR EMOTIONS

There is usually a reason why you get into a funk or whatever episode you are dealing with, which makes you feel drained with motivation. And, a crucial part of it is to address those emotions.

It actually takes way more energy to run away and escape from those emotions than to face them head-on. It actually takes a few minutes to get those emotions out.

But, when we don’t deal with them and we push them away and try to run away that’s when we let ourselves feel them much more by holding upon them. And, end up feeling stuck and unmotivated.

The best way to deal with emotions is to feel through and express your emotions.

One myth people hold on to express their emotions is to find someone to express their emotions to. Why do you feel that you need someone to make you feel being heard?

You don’t need someone to make you feel secure about your feelings. Moreover, you can only get rid of the insecurity of not being emotionally supported or backed by someone by building security within yourself.

– Think, of having self-talk rather than looking for someone to listen to your low emotions.
– Acknowledge, that no one knows you better than you know yourself and therefore only you can work in the best interest of dealing with your emotions

II. CLEANSE YOUR AURA

Practicing smudging, is an ancient ceremony in which you burn some of the sacred plants like Sage and Palo Santo. And, they are burnt with the intent to cleanse energies from your space.

So, if you are ever feeling stuck and down you need to do this to cleanse the energies and lift your spirits. And, because energies could affect the environment you would step into this practice if you get into any negative, toxic vibe, or any kind of argument disturbing your mental peace.

It is really powerful to align with the power that lies within you by setting up an intention towards it and building upon it. And, a cleansed environment pushes you ahead to proceed with optimistic energies.

III. REMEMBER YOUR LIFE LESSONS

Daily you learn a lot about life, people, human behavior, your choices, believes, grounds of belief, and many more. But, probably forget the majority of the stuff you learn. And, eventually, fail to apply those learned lessons in your life as you have to and should be.

First, you need to acknowledge that this is a big issue for you to address as soon as possible.

To adversely look into a remedy here are 3 steps you could follow to keep in mind what you learn in life.
▪Journal like giving review to your life; when and what made you think what?
▪Prepare flashcards from your journaling.
▪Display prepared flashcards in front of your eyes by putting them on a vision board or likewise somewhere.

Remembering your life lessons would give you a healthy, happy, and productive living.

IV. KEEP LEARNING NEW HABITS

HABITS keeps you hooked with the routine and serves by releasing you free from taking too many decisions.

And, the ultimate benefit of not taking too many decisions is to keep your energies and efforts reserved for those decisions of the day, which require more brainpower among other decisions.

Building more good habits limits your bad habits which evidently work towards building a worth living life for yourself.

And, that’s why I’m so obsessed with learning new habits as they have helped me to stand tall with the right attitude every day, making me feel righteous even when people tag me self-centered or self-obsessed. It is all about loving your progress as a person.

Those were the top 4 tips which had helped me to reconnect with myself every time I have felt low. And, the motivation I have received from dealing with hardships I ever faced in my life literally turned me into the high-performing and ambitious designer of my life so far.
