HOW TO UNDERSTAND PEOPLE

The foremost thing everybody needs to know about themselves is what are you enthusiastic about. What draws your passion? Not only about yourself, you just need to understand that what is that something which makes every person you know enthusiastic in life. If you don’t know the answer to their enthusiasm you don’t know the person.

Alongside enthusiasm, you must also need to know people’s expectations. What are they expecting to happen; in their career, relationship, with their health? Because how people set their expectations is how they activate their potential. This means, if your expectations are low you may not vibrate high. When they don’t expect to happen much, they don’t contribute adequately to the association with you.

Some of the world’s most ancient texts speak about tolerating and even loving the strangers – people who are different from you – who dwell among you: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself” [Leviticus 19:18]. The Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” comes from this passage. Buddhists believe that people can live in peace and harmony if they abandon negativity and cultivate positive emotions like love and compassion. https://www.goodnet.org/articles/5-steps-for-living-in-harmony
