HOW TO BE MORE DISCIPLINED

If you wonder why your action is not as good as your ambition here is the reason. Stop putting your focus on the goal. Yes! to make your goal work out you need to be focused upon your actions, not the destination. You have to show how much you are ambitious about your goals simply because action speaks louder than words.

What are the chances of you going to meet your goals? No one could reply to this question but your actions; your schedules, you’re prioritizing yourself, you safeguarding yourself from toxic energies, and your all sort of investments in yourself. What works more than working towards your goal is to act from a mindset of meeting a purpose. Once you find a pathway to meet fulfillment you become more honest with your goal and it’s consequent actions.

According to a 2013 study by Wilhelm Hoffman, people with high self control are happier than those without. The study discovered this is true because the self disciplined subjects were more capable of dealing with goal conflicts. The self disciplined did not allow their choices to be dictated by impulses or feelings. Instead, they made informed, rational decisions on a daily basis without feeling overly stressed or upset. https://www.forbes.com/sites/jennifercohen/2014/06/18/5-proven-methods-for-gaining-self-discipline/?sh=3701bfdb3c9f
