‘The whole sticks and stones could break my bones but the words can’t harm me anymore’, idea should be a core mindset when it comes to taking in others’ ideology into your system.

I wish there could be a road map, as in that ‘how to?’ kinda a thing to believe in the concept of ‘people will talk’. Because letting other people’s opinions affect you would lead you to people-pleasing, desperate for approval, immense self-doubt.

When you live life by your terms and with your approval you are living an authentic life. Alternatively, when you live searching for others’ approval, you end up living a lie since it is not the life you truly desire. Living with integrity means acting in alignment with what you feel is right.
