ANSWER THIS #7 QUESTION

#7 question
What kind of circumstance or someone’s approach brings the evil out of you?

Know! About what you need to teach your mind to react consciously.

“The mind does conceive the situation exactly how it is. But, it gets processed, affects, and reacts as your preparation.”

-Farheen Dhanjal

WHAT IS THE DIFFENCE BETWEEN RESPONSE AND REACT?

Your gut is your second brain! Because there are people who say or do such things that trigger or annoy us which could lead to anger and frustration within us. So, RESPOND NOT REACT. But, How?

Triggering could affect you because it affects directly your gut. And, in response, if you react from your first brain that’s your mind you are undoubtedly going to face the repercussions. It’s always a wise act to be conscious about how you absorb things being said or done to you wisely. This way you could respond using your second brain, your gut.

In this life there are many things (most things, in fact) which will happen despite you and me. They will happen to us and around us. Some good. Some bad. However, there is one thing that will always be in our control – unless we choose to hand over that power –  and that is, how we react. Life is not fair or unfair my friends; life just is. https://www.lifehack.org/articles/featured/do-you-react-consciously-and-responsibly.html
