It can be daunting to speak up; to go against the grain. Even when we know something should be different, we don’t always have the courage to take action. And when we do, we risk our ideas falling on deaf ears, or being overruled or ignored. But fortune favors the brave!

Start questioning anything, and everything happening to you, to anyone else moreover to this world. You won’t get the right answer, direction, and path until you ask for it.

TIPS TO CONQUER A WEEK

I. TELL PEOPLE HOW YOU WANT TO BE SUPPORTED

In order to feel supported you need to support yourself first. Because nothing would show up in our life until we reflect it on our life by ourselves.

A true relationship is someone who accepts your past, supports your present, and encourages your future. If you want to support yourself you need to adapt to all these things within yourself.

Wherever you go there you are. Because you have to face yourself and can’t run from facing the fear you are putting off in the form of holding others responsible for supporting you.

You need to permit yourself to speak your truth, express your side of the story, and tell people how you want to be supported.

Suggestions of supporting yourself
– Feel better about yourself to support yourself.
– Become more decisive about small, average, and large decisions about your life.
– Find the most important and easiest way you could support yourself.
– Stop compressing your abilities due to a lack of self-doubt.
– Stand tall by stopping yourself from being emotionally dependent.

II. RELEASE THAT FALSE SENSE OF CONTROL

The more you would practice the work of spirituality of releasing control over yourself the more open your mind would become the more aware of the intuitive guidance you would be.

How much control freak you are? The control you exercise over yourself gets destructive when you are believing that you have to ultimately figure out everything about yourself, that it is my job to make sure that my mind was able to grasp, fix, and do everything required for me to grow.

Believe in the higher power, surrender. The insight of that you don’t have control of anything, over anyone besides from myself. To buy this idea you need to believe that you don’t have to know all the answers. And, as the matter of fact, you don’t need to know all the answers.

Acknowledge there is a greater idea than our own mind. Surrender and consistently consciously hand over your questions, concerns, fears, and worries over to the higher power.

Suggestions to release control.
– Believe in your own purpose, value, and self-worth.
– Sit by the intuitions, the spiritual signals you receive at every point of your life.
– Acknowledging the guidance you are being served with by keeping a check on your life lessons.
– Hamper your voice of controlling everything happening to you and other people around you.
– Release the confidence of you know it all, about yourself moreover about others.

III. YOU DIDN’T COME HERE TO PLAY IT SMALL

When I was playing small I have realized that one, quite weird way of playing small is staying organized and keeping things to stay on top of the game and not getting easily overwhelmed.

I understood this behavior as a sabotaging attitude when I realized that moving at the same pace for a much longer time holds you back to thrive, strive and grow as a person.

Playing big or small is a product of the pace you maintain within your action plan. You play small when you stagnate but you can even play small when you keep playing at the same pace.

To raise your pace to eventually play big you need to keep on reflecting on your growth so far. And, simultaneously keep on adding some pace to your existing pace. This way you would find yourself raising the bar of your capabilities, potential, and strength.

Suggestions, not to play small:
– Have a growth mindset and action plan.
– Keep on looking for new, better, and more efficient ways to practice your task.
– On a specific interval, keep on reflecting upon your growth.
– Do practice something that seems impossible for you to practice.
– Seek fulfillment as big achievements through small milestones.
