ANSWER THIS #30 QUESTION
#30 question
How do you not let evil take over you?
Know! What you can improve is yourself, not the situations.
“When you let something affect you it eventually comes in the ambit of your control.”

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM TOXICITY
Guess what! You are still not keeping boundaries, you are not teaching people how to treat you, you are not living the best version of yourself. Accept, you deserve to make yourself a priority to yourself, you deserve to have time for yourself, you deserve to protect your energies from getting drained on the unnecessary or being affected by the toxicity in your surroundings.
Your thoughts are your energy which we put out in the world by holding upon them, expressing it to others, and even by acting upon it. And, like we release energies we even absorb energies from the outside world. So, it is very important to be conscious about what is good for you to absorb and what’s not? Acknowledge that in what surrounds you react how. Once you would no what is affecting you negatively you would know what you need to stop absorbing. To stop absorbing negativity you need to create a barrier to not let it reach you which is called BOUNDARIES.
It’s common to refer to these people as being toxic. But it’s important to keep in mind that this term isn’t grounded in psychology and doesn’t have a simple definition. If you have a hard time dealing with someone in your life, it’s helpful to start by pinpointing problematic behaviors, rather than simply labeling them as being toxic. https://www.healthline.com/health/how-to-deal-with-toxic-people
