#26 Q. HOW TO KNOW YOUR INTENTIONS #365daysofsoulsearching

This is the another question of the 365 day challenge. After replying to these 365 question on soul-searching you would certainly come out decisive, confident, and much more hopeful with yourself than ever before. And, I will help you to know yourself more every single day for the next 365 days.

WHAT IS SOUL-SEARCHING?

What does “soul-searching” accomplishes? Where do you end up with it? It is digging deep and focusing on oneself to lead a contended life. Because, soul-searching could create a visualization of your much achievable future by giving you an insight of what one is today, in the present.

“A situation does not attract any misfortune of life. It’s the way you perceive the solution does.” And, this is where “soul-searching” backs you with.

ANSWER THIS #26 QUESTION

#26 question
Why do you do, what you do; for yourself, others, someone special, and society?

Know! Your intentions behind what you pursue.

“Your actions don’t depict your intention. It’s your thoughts that depict the purpose behind your action.”

– Farheen Dhanjal

HOW TO KNOW YOUR INVENTION?

You must have heard the phrase, ‘ Be true to yourself’ but what it means literally. You may think that you know yourself but in some situations, you do something completely out of your character, personality, and nature from who you think you are. And, then you ask yourself, ‘Am I like that, not then ‘ why did I do so?’.

When you say something and do something else then you are not only lying to other people if you are saying it to others but are also lying to yourself then. When you are saying something and then you never going to do that your true intentions are you never want to do that thing. Because if something would have been important to you, you must have done it yet. If you want to read a book you must have started it, if you wanted to finish a lesson you must have researched about it, if you are sorry to someone you must have remorse yet.

My intention in writing this post is to mobilize you to taking intention self-discovery a little more seriously, if you don’t already. I believe that this is a key practice in building what psychologist Martin Seligman calls ‘authentic happiness’. It is not necessary to be in the habit of defining your intentions explicitly (though I highly recommend doing so): our intentions are often self-evident. https://www.artofwellbeing.com/2016/10/28/intentions/

CONTENTS OF THE QUESTION

Each question would consist of 3 parts:
Part 1: QUESTION – It would determine the path of knowing you as an individual.

Part 2: KNOW – It would let you know what you learned about yourself.

Part 3: QUOTE – It would depict the righteous approach to the concept being asked in the question.

HOW TO PRACTICE THIS ACTIVITY?

You just have to reply to Part 1, and just read, learn and reflect on Part 2 and 3.

Grab a pen & paper and start writing your reply. Remember! Nothing is tough when it comes to doing it for yourself. And, you just need to be truthful to yourself.

Feel free to share.

Happy “soul-searching”
