HOW TO FIND YOUR VALUES?

What are values? Values are something a group of believes pointing as a direction to something that really meaningful for you. You might say; you value family, you value money. And, that feeling which makes something important you build value for that within you.

To find your personal values; firstly think about people or situations that inspired you to be like, to follow them; secondly, think about someone or something whosoever triggered you to stand against something wrong; lastly, think about situations that have changed your existing beliefs. Whatever you have discovered through this exercise are your values.

  • Value is an emotional attitude in a sense that it motivates a person directly or indirectly to act in the most desirable way preferred by him.
  • Values are at the core of personality and are a powerful force affecting behavior.
