3 Top Tips to Build a life you love
I. LIVE FOR YOURSELF

Yes, firstly learn to live for yourself and then for someone else. Live aligned to your truth which is living according to your intuition, you live by your values.
It’s so important to put ourselves first. You often tend to prioritize others’ needs before your own, you tend to blindly rely upon others’ opinions, kind of taking everything else into consideration but your insight.
You need to acknowledge that you truly, deeply have a guiding intuition that tells you where you should go. It might tell you the opposite of what everyone else around you is telling.
If you are not sure about it or you don’t know what your “intuition” even means.
A good place to start is JOURNALING. And, I love to do a stream of conscious journaling which is just opening up a notebook and letting myself write whatever is on my mind.
In the last few years, I have concluded that the more you write, even if it seems meaningless in the beginning.
Eventually, you would know that you have a lot of things to say within you. And, that voice is you, it is the very essence of the existence of your intuition having a word with you.
Ultimately, life is just so much better if you can learn to live it according to yourself for yourself on your grounds.
II. BUILD SELF-ACCEPTANCE

The second thing which could help you build the life you love is making a move on the path of self-acceptance, self-love where there is no space for self-doubt.
Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you could have with anyone in your entire life.
If you today embrace yourself for everything that you do eventually tomorrow you would learn to love yourself for everything that you are.
Self-acceptance is the roadmap and blueprint to self-confidence and feeling good about yourself.
Most of the time we are our own worst enemies, we are the most critical of ourselves. As in, if someone hurt you, you start beating yourself for investing your time, effort, and emotion in the wrong person to the extent that you begin doubting your decisive trait therefrom.
There are so many issues in life that make you doubt yourself; comparing yourself to others, feeling unworthy, feeling less than, feeling criticized or Judged, or even feeling left out. All of these stems from the insecurity you have within yourself.
So, if you learn to embrace yourself as a separate individual you would likely be more immune to the pain you cause yourself by letting those low vibrating external forces dominate over your perspective.
Trust me! Self-love is your greatest weapon. It’s something you need to keep sharpening and training throughout your life.
I totally agree that self-acceptance is easy is too good to be true. But, when you keep practicing it repetitively, it would certainly be made it easy for yourself to act confidently, become more invincible and pass on that confidence, love, and affection to someone else with all the good intent without expecting anything in return.
III. KNOW YOUR MOTIVATION SOURCES

Finding your motivation triggers is how to bounce back as soon as possible. It sparks your motivation and makes you take action again.
Often we let ourselves get into that slumps, when we feel comfortable in our routine, find satisfaction, and finally, settle down for literally any small thing we achieve.
At times, it is totally acceptable to settle down for less to get yourself going, even I do such things.
But, knowing what triggers your, motivation is super helpful because you can then make like a little motivation startup hack.
Do all of those things that motivate you, you would be soon back in action and resilient better than ever.
For example:
My motivation triggers are reading inspiring books, listening to inspiring podcasts and audiobooks. Just listening to inspiring interviews on people who are literally killing it in their fields, careers, people during amazing things in the world.
For finding sources of your motivation try coming out of your comfort zone. If you are an introvert try spending time, conversing with others. And, if you are an extrovert try sitting by your side and listening to your own thoughts.
Some easy-going motivational triggers are going for the music as it could work wonders. Listen to relaxation music or some upbeat playlist. It could help you vibrate high, and feel like beginning with something and getting something done actually.

One last thought I want to leave you with is, to keep exploring, keep learning, keep growing, and don’t settle anything less than what you deserve.
Don’t settle for what seems okay, mediocrity, or even average. Rather, keep pushing your boundaries, dream big and reach out to something that you truly want.
Because you only have this one life. I know it sounds a bit cliche. But it is what it is!
