ANSWER THIS #12 QUESTION

How long do you hold on to anger when you get disappointed?

Know! From whom do you except what and why?

“No one holds an obligation against your expectations. Fortunately, it releases you from many invalid expectations of others.”

– Farheen Dhanjal

LET GO OF EXPECTATIONS

The most selfish one-letter word is “I”. Because “I” actually means you are expecting all the time. You feel like; I should be treated like this, I should love like this, I should be dealt with like this!

Learn to maintain the balance of giving and take. The more we lead a life of “I “, we will always be frustrated. Because no one is obliged to meet our expectations. By expecting you are giving control of how do you feel to someone else. If you are always being a “taker” after a while no one would be wholeheartedly giving to you.

Expectations set up an attachment to specific outcomes, leaving little room for fresh possibilities. However, there are ways you can save yourself from the disappointments that arise from undue expectations. https://everydaypower.com/10-things-stop-expecting-others/
